Nice to be near a laundromat and a bunch of restaurants. We only stayed one night before our early morning flight and was perfect for that.

Great hosts, value & location

We really enjoyed our short stay at Rainboots. The owners were extremally welcoming & helpful, providing clear explanations on the room & facilities. Even though English isn't their language, they used a translator so there weren't any problems in communication between us. The room itself was cosy for the three of us, clean & tidy with the bathroom being a good size. The location to the station & airport was handy being a 5-10 minute walk to the station, only 3 stops from the airport or a 15 min8ute drive. Heading into Seoul was around 40-50 minutes depending on where one was going. Plenty of food, convenience stores, a coin wash, cafes & a Lotte Mart on the other side of the railway made things very comfortable. Wifi was great as well plus there's a lift so again, easy to get to the 2nd floor.

The only downside is the walls are thin so we heard whomever was in the kitchen moving around making food or drinks.

Great for a stop-over

Quiet, clean with facilities as described.

Property was chosen as it offered a shuttle service, however when contacted staff seemed reluctant to provide this service. Train to Unseo is a very practical, easy alternative. There may have been some language difficulties, as breakfast paid for did not eventuate and we left the accommodation 15 minutes later.

When staying in Incheon...

The couple who run the place is really nice and helpful! They use Papago to translate better when they want to tell you something so communication won't be a problem. You can also send them a message thru Booking if you need anything which I think is helpful especially if one doesn't use apps like LINE or KAKAOTALK. Location is really near Unseo station (around 5-8 min walk) but with our luggages in tow, we needed a ride from the guesthouse to the station. However the owner told us that no taxi would cater to us since the station is very near. They instead offered us transpo for only ₩5,000! If you need a ride all the way to the airport, they can also provide for ₩15,000 which is almost the same price if taking a cab Room and bathroom were really clean, with amenities like toothbrush, soap, body wash, shampo and conditioner. Breakfast is simple but filling with bread, butter, jam, milk and coffee.

Probably just me unable to understand the thermostat inside the room. I think I pushed a wrong button which resulted to our room getting cold

Perfect for backpackers

I feel everything was perfect. The room was clean and cozy as well as the shared kitchen. The staff was especially nice and helpful even considering our language limitations. Great for solo traveling and backpackers. It's close to the train station.

The neighborhood is lonely at night and the metro to Seoul is of about an hour. Follow common-sense safety measures.

Overall good stay!

It’s well kept and the staff are very helpful. They also offer a paid shuttle service to the airport.

It’s a little hard to find and a bit of a long walk if your walking from the subway station. If you have lots of luggage or heavy luggage I would recommend taking a cab there.

Good pitstop

Very close to the train station. Easy check in process. Had a coffee machine and water dispenser. The room was warm, with smart lock and good size for three people.

The bathroom was a bit small considering the shower has no door, which makes the toilet wet and then a bit hard to use after.
